The photogenic idolisation of pixel, plastic and nonsense

Here it is, the last of my available photo shoots. After this I’ll have to go out and take some more photos if I want to post more, so don’t expect a photo shoot to appear every two days anymore lol.
Ymir, or Yuumiru, is one of the characters from Queen’s Blade, a series of “combat picture books” of the Lost World series, a kind of visual traditional RPG (not the video game genre). I don’t know much about it, but I do love the illustrations :3 So here’s the photos~

And here it is, my latest photo shoot, 12th April 2007, in the sunny afternoon under the deep-blue sky. I was in the photographer’s mood after taking the photos of Black Saber and Caren. This is one of my friend’s figures, the same friend who I’ve been dragging along in previous photo shoots, Meg from Bakuretsu Tenshi by Alter.
This trip had my friend and I carrying 3 figures, Meg, Ymir (Queen’s Blade) and also Rina Rindou (Pastel Chime). So, here’s Meg!

However you spell her name (I took the name directly from the box), Caren is just asking to be… bought. Wearing such clothes is just so damn enticing, and I snapped her up as soon as I found her on HLJ.
This is the second set of photos I took on the cold and chilly morning, with Black Saber being the first. So without further delay, here are the photos:

Elegant Gothic Lolita… I like it, so when I heard they’re making a Black Saber with a gothic dress I jumped at it, no questions asked. This figure was bought in Japan while I was there, a whole pile of them on display at the store. It took over two months for my mega cardboard box of figure heaven to arrive, partly because the post office didn’t tell me it was in, EVEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT!! =_=
Well, here’s the first part of this photo shoot, the second involves Caren Hortensia (Karen Ortensia, whichever tickles your fancy). Enjoy!

This is my first indoor shoot that I’m posting on Moe Idolatry, using Uma, or Yuuma, as the subject. The series, 錬金3級 まじかる?ぽか~ん, or Magipoka for short is a fairly out there anime, four girls from different walks of life, from an android to a vampire, live peacefully together. Uma is the witch, an energetic, flat chested, somewhat qualified witch. Uma is really pronounced Yuuma indicated by the Japanese spelling, but is written as Uma in English, if also spelt Uma instead of Yuuma in Japanese you’d get Horse…
Being the first indoor photo shoot with props and all, I didn’t really know what to expect. Here goes, photos for your witch burning party~
