You could find out alot from just youtubing videos and/or looking at gamefaq. My fav char is Hoshii Miki, her voice somehow just draws me towards her, I watched alot of videos of her story on youtube. I think the story was well written, if I had a japanese xbox360 and the game, I would play it (learning how to read japanese, since unable to do so at the moment). Overall a great game ! Parts of the game include rhthym-type games, others are memorising lyrics, and other such mini-games, the main auditions require you to appeal to the judges with a corresponding button to each category of Voice, Vocal and Visual, you have to balance and juggle it to get the best points against other competiting idols. If you do make it, you get the TV Performance, which increases your fanbase, which is good :3 How should I put it..
